Return Policy – Clayessence (by Clayora Living Private Limited)

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products under the following conditions:

  • The product has been used or opened.

  • The product is not in its original packaging.

  • The product is not defective or damaged.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.


Damaged or Leaked Product

If you receive a product that is leaked, damaged, or defective inside the box, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue immediately upon receiving the delivery.

  2. Send an email to clayessencein@gmail.com or contact us via phone at +91 8920274082.

  3. Include the following in your communication:

    • Order number

    • Photographs of the damaged/leaked product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and, upon verification, offer a replacement for the damaged product. No refunds will be issued—replacements only.


Important Notes

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • Clayessence reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
